Coverage

Garage Boss® (Greif US Plastics LLC) warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If a defect arises during this period, we will, at our option:

​

• Repair the product at no charge,

• Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal value, or

• Refund the purchase price (less reasonable depreciation for use).

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

​

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Improper installation, assembly, or maintenance

• Alterations or modifications (including painting or coating)

• Use for commercial or non-household purposes

• Normal wear and tear

• Products manufactured by other companies (“Third-Party Products”) even if packaged with this product

Duration

This warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of retail purchase, as shown on your dated sales receipt. It applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

How to Obtain Service

If you believe your product is defective:

1. Contact Garage Boss® at (270) 776-9900 or consumerservice@garageboss.com.

2. Provide proof of purchase (dated receipt).

3. Follow instructions we provide for return or inspection. You may be responsible for shipping costs.

Limitations

Except for this Limited Warranty, Garage Boss® makes no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Garage Boss® is not liable for incidental or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost use of the product). Some states do not allow the exclusion of such damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

Garage Boss®’s total liability under this Limited Warranty will not be greater than the total of the amounts paid to Garage Boss® in connection with the sale of the product.
